The TikTok trick to tuck our sweaters into our socks without creating unsightly volumes

The video sharing app is full of fashion tips. Here are the three that we use to tuck our tops into our pants or our skirts without a "package" effect

While TikTok has become the new trend-setting social network, it's also the number one app for finding fashion tips we wouldn't have thought of. After the trick to wear abare back without revealing our bra, or the one allowing large breasts to weara cardigan and blouse easily, this time these are just as useful tips that we have discovered thanks to several videos: how to tuck in our top, shirt or sweater without creating unsightly volume on the top of our pants or our skirt.

HOW IT WORKS ?

TikTokers and TikTokers are not lacking in inventiveness when it comes to fashion. And once again, they give us their secrets to have a perfectly executed look. Three different tips have been identified to fit our highs impeccably into our lows.

The former is especially useful on our voluminous tops, like a sweater or a sweatshirt. It requires a lace or a cord, long enough to wrap it around our sweatshirt or our sweater, at the waist. Then all you have to do is pull on the top of the sweater to bring the bottom up and thus shorten it for a cropped effect, as if it had actually tucked into our skirt or our pants.

The second tip does not need any other accessories and is particularly effective on a long t-shirt. All you have to do is tuck our top into our panties - preferably elastic ones - before pulling up our jeans or pants.

The last tip, delivered by the TikTokeuse @coachsylvie, comes in handy when wearing a tight bottom, such as a faux leather sheath skirt, and any piece of fabric tucked inside the bottom can be seen 1000km away. To avoid this, we have to roll the bottom of the t-shirt, as flat as possible like a hem, to the top of our skirt or pants. If the t-shirt (or any other top) is wide, we pinch the sides before tucking everything into our bottom. The result: a slim waist and no “bundle” effect!
